Monday – Thursday, Sunday:  $100 per night
Friday – Saturday:  $115 per night

Check-in is 3 PM, checkout is at 11 AM.

All rates are for 1-3 adults.  Children are welcomed, and up to two (under 18) are included at no extra charge.  We currently have bed sleeping spaces for three people. Children are welcome to bed down on our couch or carpeted floors in their own sleeping bags, too. Sorry, no pets.

One night’s rental deposit is required to reserve the cottage.  Cancellation fee is $25 up to 10 days before reservation date.  4-9 days, $100 cancellation fee.  No refunds for cancellations within 3 or fewer days of reservation date.

Payment:  At this time, we take payment through Paypal on our website, or by check or money order that we receive at least two weeks prior to your reserved date. For your convenience, Paypal accepts major credit cards as well as checking account withdrawals.  Upon check-in, you must pay any remaining fees by cash or check only, please.
